Maybe you have heard 'Miracle of Han River'. It recalls the surprising development of Korea, especailly Seoul. However, behind its positive apperance, the workers of factories were troubled with its poor labor environment.

Seoul has been the Joseon Dynasty's capital for 500 years, so many Joseon traditional foods are remained. In fact, seoul has not special representing food because we all eat the food from seoul and seoul has not special natural resources.
